Return Policy: For all returns, Cactus lilly boutique MUST be emailed, or called, within SEVEN business days of receiving defective/wrong product(s). Date received by customer is determined by MAX days allotted on the package shipping label. (I.E. Shipping 3-5 business days, we will use the 5th day as day 1). Products MUST have tags still attached, no stains, or odors. (smoke, perfume etc.). Refund will be issued upon receiving returned items and inspected by our staff. Refunds will be issued 1-2 business days after receiving return. Customer assumes all shipping costs for returned items.
